Abstract: School will never be out of date, and will never close. They have been existing in times that go round and round. The concept of lifelong learning has came up for years, and this is why things like summer school and working seminars can exist and develop. The latest platform for lifelong learning is called “MOOC”. We need the society to learn, so that new perspectives and insights could be born. We should make new “MOOC” as the current one lacks the engagement of stake holders and face-to-face interaction. We also need new organizations and systems that should carry out measures from bottom to top.
