新文科背景下艺术类高校人才培养管理“生态链”的探索与实践

摘要：

在创新驱动的时代背景下，新文科建设对艺术类高校人才培养提出了更高的要求——学科融通、打开专业壁垒，在实践中培养知识更复合、实践能力更强的应用型人才。本文以上海视觉艺术学院人才培养管理“生态链”实践为例，探索艺术类高校建立课程体系教学链、应用实践链、教学管理链、校企合作链等多维协同的教育教学生态系统。

Abstract:

In the era of innovation-driven development, the construction of new liberal arts places higher demands on talent development in art colleges, emphasizing interdisciplinary integration and breaking down professional barriers to nurture versatile, practically skilled professionals. With the case of talent development management at the Shanghai Institute of Visual Arts as an example, this article explores the establishment of a multidimensional, collaborative educational ecosystem, including curriculum system teaching chain, applied practice chain, teaching management chain, and school-enterprise cooperation chain in art colleges.
