中国当代艺术中的“新富”形象

摘要:

改革开放以来“新富”阶层在中国社会的兴起,引发了人们对这一社会现象的关注和思考。20世纪90年代中期之后,这一形象开始大量出现在中国当代艺术的表述当中。本文试图通过对“新富”形象在“艳俗艺术”和“经济精英”两种艺术塑造中的对比和分析,来阐述当代艺术家对“新富”这一形象的形式表达,以及艺术家传递出来的对这一社会群体的思考,还有艺术家在这个过程中所表露出的自我身份认知。

Abstract:

Since the reform and opening up, the rise of the "new rich" class in Chinese society has aroused people's concern and thinking about this social phenomenon. After the mid-1990s, this image began to appear in the expression of Chinese contemporary art. This paper attempts to explain the contemporary artists' formal expression of the image of "new rich" through comparison and analysis in the shaping of the art of "gaudy art" and "economic elite", as well as the reflection of the social group transmitted by the artists, also the self-identity of the artists in the process.
