Abstract:

This paper comprehensively sorts out the definition and development trend of network literature, and then proposes that network literature is a new media literature, a product of the media revolution, and a new literary form when the world's human beings enter from print civilization to network civilization. On this basis, the three major sections of China's current network literature research have been systematically delineated, and their respective personnel composition and style characteristics have been meticulously described. The paper also points out that the establishment of a discipline requires historical materials, development history, evaluation criteria, and its discourse system. Today, our researchers should have such responsibilities, so that the literary tradition can be truly extradited.
