Abstract:

The key and difficult point of college counselors' work lies in daily management of students, it is also their main work. Art majors have their own uniqueness, such as active thinking, pursuit of individuality, slight lack of cultural literacy, and changeability of thoughts, it is believed that counselors have more onerous and necessary work to do in value orientation. In order to cultivate new youths with ideal, ability and responsibility, the ideological and political work of counselors should be put into practice and effective. This paper holds that the value orientation work should be improved from the following four aspects: first, the core of value orientation is positive values; and second, the premise is abundant knowledge; and then, the key is gentleman's virtue; and finally, the focus is interesting preaching.
