摘要：

音乐剧是一门源自西方,集综合性和兼容性很强的舞台艺术形式,它对演员的综合素质要求非常高。目前,音乐剧教育在国内尚属于探索阶段,但各大艺术类院校相继建立了音乐剧专业方向,在各高校凸显其教学优势的同时,也暴露出自身的不足。特别表现在毕业生走上专业工作领域后,“演技不全面”成为演员的“短板”,“缺胳膊少腿”的演员成了音乐剧舞台上普遍存在的现象。国内的音乐剧市场处在发展阶段,音乐剧演员处于“僧多粥少”的境遇,因此,大学生面对着“生存”与“梦想”的两难选择,这是中国音乐剧教育需要不断研究的新课题。

Abstract:

Musical is a western form of stage art that has a strong compatibility and comprehensiveness, and sets a high demand for its performers. Currently, domestic musical education is still on its way of exploration, but the art academies have already set up musical major. While showing their strength in teaching, these academies also expose their weakness. Especially when those graduates enter musical profession, lacking comprehensive performing skills become their shortcoming and it is commonly seen that the unqualified performers exist on the stage. Domestic market for musicals is still in its development, and the supply of performers exceeds demand. Therefore, college students are facing the dilemma between earning money and pursuing dream, which becomes a new task for Chinese Musical education to deal with.
