京剧影像的媒介嬗变、AI赋能与技术思辨

The Medium Evolution, AI Empowerment, and Technological Reflection of Peking Opera Visual Imagery

摘要:

京剧作为“国粹”,自1905年中国电影的开山之作《定军山》伊始,就开启了与影像技术的结缘之路。在120年的京剧影像化传播历程中,随着媒介嬗变,京剧的影像文本形态也日益多元。本文从媒介嬗变视角对20世纪80年代的京剧“音配像”、21世纪以来的“像音像”工程展开回溯,探究其变迁中蕴含的“冷热媒介观”;继而从AI(人工智能)赋能京剧文本生产的角度探讨了虚拟数字人、虚拟场域等景观构建的趋势;最后,对AIGC(生成式人工智能)、VR(虚拟现实)等技术赋能京剧影像展开多层面的技术思辨。

Abstract:

As a national treasure, Peking Opera has been connected with visual technology since the pioneering film Ding Jun Shan in 1905. Through 120 years of visual evolution, Peking Opera's textual forms have become increasingly diverse with media transformation. This paper examines the development from the 1980s "audio-visual matching" project through the 21st century "visual-audio-visual" project, exploring the shifts between McLuhan's "cold and hot media" perspectives. It then analyzes how AI (artificial intelligence) empowers Peking Opera’s textual production through virtual digital characters and virtual spaces. Finally, it conducts multi-level technological analysis of how AIGC (generative artificial intelligence) and VR (virtual reality) technologies are transforming Peking Opera imagery while addressing concerns about algorithmic bias, content quality, and copyright issues in the context of intelligent media.
