Abstract:

Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, General Secretary Xi Jinping has attached great importance to the country's cultural construction and made significant statements on the relationship between culture and art. Spiritual civilization construction cannot be separated from literature and art, and outstanding literary and artistic works reflect the ability and level of cultural creation. Xi Jinping has summarized the laws of literary and artistic creation from four aspects: artists, works, era, and people. He advocates inspiring cultural creativity through literary and artistic creation, inheriting excellent cultural traditions, and demonstrating national aesthetic ideals and aesthetic styles in artistic creation. Xi Jinping emphasizes the notion of enriching the people's spiritual world through culture, promoting the educational value of literature and art, and highlighting the characteristics and advantages of aesthetic education characterized by "the silent nourishment" and "the engaging charm" of literature and art. Xi Jinping has put forward a literary and artistic view that integrates culture, literature and art, aesthetics, and aesthetic education, which is an important part of his cultural thought and provides ideological guidance and experiential references for China's contemporary cultural construction, literary and artistic creation, and the innovative construction of art theory.
