新型直播电商创新策略分析——以上汽吉生活直播间为例

摘要:

直播电商作为一种新兴购物模式,通过艺术文化的赋能,不仅为消费者提供了便捷的购物方式和参与性的消费体验,还通过展示国产品牌,增强了消费者的文化认同与自豪感,是新质生产力的具象化表现。习近平总书记在2023年全国宣传思想文化工作会议中强调,要坚定文化自信,秉持开放包容,坚持守正创新的文化思想,这些原则为我国直播电商文化提供了丰富的理论依据和指导原则。汽车直播电商作为新兴模式中的新兴赛道,具有巨大的潜力与发展空间。然而,它也面临着形式低俗、内容同质化、技术不足、售后服务问题以及消费者信任度低等挑战。这些问题的存在更加凸显了运用习近平文化思想指导直播电商行业发展的重要性。汽车电商是趋势,文化艺术融合是方向,习近平文化思想是基石。本文以吉生活直播间作为优秀案例,分析当前中国汽车直播电商的现状,并为该领域的未来发展提供一定的建议。

Abstract:

Live-streaming e-commerce, as an emerging shopping model, empowers art and culture, offering not only a convenient shopping method and participatory consumer experience but also enhancing cultural identity and pride by showcasing domestic brands. It is a concrete manifestation of new quality productivity. At the 2023, National Conference on the Work of Public Communication and Culture, General Secretary Xi Jinping emphasized the need to firmly maintain cultural confidence, uphold openness and inclusiveness, and adhere to the cultural philosophy of integrity and innovation. These principles provide a rich theoretical basis and guiding principles for China's live-streaming e-commerce culture. Automotive live-streaming e-commerce, as a new track within this emerging model, has enormous potential and development space. However, it also faces challenges such as vulgar content, homogenized content, insufficient technology, after-sales service issues, and low consumer trust. The presence of these problems further highlights the importance of applying Xi Jinping Thought on Culture to guide the development of the live-streaming e-commerce industry. Automotive e-commerce is a trend; the integration of culture and art is the direction; and Xi Jinping Thought on Culture is the cornerstone. This article takes the JLIFE Livestream Studio as an excellent case to analyze the current status of China's automotive live-streaming e-commerce and provide certain suggestions for the future development of this field.
