Research on the Application of Sustainable Quantitative System Model in Urban Space Design

摘要:

城市空间建设的高质量发展对中国式现代化具有重要的促进作用。本文从空间设计策略出发,建立可持续性量化系统模型(Sustainable Systems Integration Model, 以下简称SSIM)对城市空间设计方案进行系统性评估,实现由“盲目无序建设”向“科学定标量化”的方式转变。以天津生态城作为研究对象,首先重构空间设计指标系统。其次,对建立的空间情景系统进行优化组合,经过经济测算形成初选方案。再次,利用测度算法对关键指标进行评价,最终形成空间设计优选方案。结果显示:优选方案符合城市规划逻辑,符合地域振兴的演化策略。说明可持续性量化系统模型对城市空间设计具有较强的应用性。也为区域振兴的可持续发展提供了求解方法和创新思路。

Abstract:

: The high-quality development of urban space construction plays an important role in promoting Chinese path to modernization. Starting from spatial design strategies, this article establishes a Sustainable Systems Integration Model (SSIM) to systematically evaluate urban spatial design schemes, achieving a transition from blind and disorderly construction to scientific and standardized quantification. Taking Tianjin Ecological City as the research object, first reconstruct the spatial design index system. Secondly, optimize and combine the established spatial scenario system, and form a preliminary plan through economic calculations. Once again, use measurement algorithms to evaluate key indicators and ultimately form a spatial design optimization plan. The results show that the optimal plan conforms to the logic of urban planning and the evolutionary strategy of regional revitalization. The sustainability quantification system model has strong applicability in urban spatial design. It also provides a solution method and innovative ideas for the sustainable development of regional revitalization.
