结合实践的教育:文创产业课程创新

Education in Combination with Practice:Curriculum Innovation of the Creative Industries

摘要:

本世纪以来,各国对文创产业的重视,推动了文创产业人才的广泛需求,并催生了文创产业教育的蓬勃发展。然而文创产业与传统产业不同,人才并非只需要掌握某项劳动技能即可,人才培育方式必须有别于以往。本文认为应将想象力、创造力、美感和同理心等能力列为教育目标,对教育进行包含“持续创新”和“破坏创新”的教育改革。应对社会的文创产业人才需求,文创产业教育并非增加开设以“文创”为名的各种课程,而是要让教育本身“文化创意化”,即以更具创意的教学方式在教育中融入文化启发,同时让学生更具有创造力,以培育产业发展所需要的多元人才。

Abstract:

Since the beginning of this century, each country attaches great importance to the creative industries which has promoted the wide demand of creative talents, boosted the vigorous development of creative education. However, creative industries are quite different from the traditional industries, and creative talents need to master not only a certain of labor skills, so talent cultivation must be different from the past. This paper thinks that imagination, creativity, beauty and empathy should be included in the educational objectives, and carry on traditional education system reform with "continuous innovation" and "destroying innovation" included. In order to cope with the high demand of talents, it is not to increase various courses in the name of "creative", but to make education itself "creative", that is, cultural inspiration should be integrated into education in a more creative way of teaching, while let students to be more creative in order to cultivate multi-talented students for industrial development.
