Abstract: Shanghai is undergoing transformation and development. To facilitate this, projects are needed to innovate the way we construct our core values, our policies regarding culture and life, our cultural environment, cultural industry development path, traditional culture’s development system, channels of cultural integration, as well as event-hosting (such as citizen cultural festival) methods.
