Abstract:

Motion Graphics Design is a design branch that intersects multimedia and graphic design, inheriting the narrative mode of graphic design in conveying information through visual means. Meanwhile, the introduction of the time dimension expands the scope of its narrative. Based on the temporal structural characteristics of Motion Graphics Design, this paper discusses, within a single-scene context, how the dynamic interpretation of a single object enhances the information capacity and accuracy of the narrative, and how the design of the temporal structure influences the narrative effect by eliciting psychological changes in the viewer. It also elaborates on techniques such as personification, objectification, and metonymy, through the dynamic expression among multiple objects, to enhance the film's interest and guide viewers in establishing a visual order. In the context of complex scenes, it analyzes the narrative features of connecting scenes; the narrative laws of juxtaposing scenes, the continuous impact on viewers' inner thoughts and related psychological changes; as well as the methods and opportunities for Motion Graphics Design to nurture or strengthen the ability to shape design images.
