何以共情:论红色电影的心理育人路径——以《志愿军:存亡之战》为例

摘要:

当代青年对自我认知有较强的需求,但对科学的自我认知方法不甚了解,高校心理育人要探索新的方法和内容,以契合学生需求。红色电影具有主流价值观表达和理想信念教育的核心优势,随着红色电影叙事方式和技术手段的迭代升级,影片能够更好地帮助学生通过情绪和认知两个层面体验来培育共情能力。以情绪共鸣激发学生探索认知发展的主动性,促进个体情绪转化为共情角色,接受并认同影片传递的世界观、人生观、价值观,以红色精神强化心理韧性,实现育人与育心同向而行。

Abstract:

Contemporary Chinese youths have a strong need for self-understanding but lack knowledge of scientific methods. Universities’ psychological education should explore new methods and content to align with students’ needs. Red films possess core advantages of mainstream value expression and ideological education. As narrative techniques and technological means evolve, these films can help students develop empathy through emotional and cognitive experiences. Emotional resonance can inspire students to actively explore their cognitive development, promoting the transformation of individual emotions into emphathetic feelings towards others, and acceptance of the worldview, life perspective, and values conveyed by the film. Red spirit strengthens youths’ psychological resilience, allowing them to achieve both educational and mental well-being goals.
