Abstract:

Compared to independent artistic creation, cultural and tourism art projects have more complex integrated management requirements. These projects demand different art forms to revolve around a unified story theme, ensuring coordination and consistency in style, narrative, and emotional expression. Integrated Project Delivery (IPD), an innovative project management approach, emphasizes interdisciplinary collaboration, shared risks, and shared benefits, making it particularly suitable for managing cultural and tourism art projects. By analyzing the characteristics of such projects, this paper explores the application of the IPD model within them. It also discusses the integrated organization, process integration, and information-sharing mechanisms of IPD, using the restoration of the Lingshan Brahma Palace as a case study. The paper demonstrates the significant potential of the IPD model to improve project management efficiency, artistic expression, and cultural heritage preservation. In the future, with the advancement of information technology, the application of the IPD model in cultural and tourism art projects will become more widespread, providing new pathways and guarantees for the high-quality delivery of such projects.
