审美体验中特质性正念与感知价值的研究

A study on idiosyncratic mindfulness and perceived value in aesthetic experience

摘要:

艺术理论将审美体验描述为内部和外部视角之间的相互作用,审美对象和审美主体通过审美体验趋向融合。通过艺术审美体验,引发人们的有意注意、促进情感流动、获得情绪释放,从而产生审美愉悦。而正念恰是将注意集中于此时,并对当前体验保持自然觉察的状态。正念的强弱影响审美对象关注自我、沉浸审美体验的情绪效价差异。本文基于艺术审美体验和正念的紧密联系,以中国当代水墨画作为视觉艺术刺激,探讨正念在审美体验中对审美感知价值的作用,并从神经美学的角度讨论审美感知的复杂性和视觉艺术作为正念训练的可能性。

Abstract:

Art theory describes aesthetic experience as the interaction between internal and external perspectives, through which aesthetic objects and aesthetic subjects tend to merge. Through the aesthetic experience, it can arouse people's intentional attention, promote emotional flow, obtain emotional release, and thus produce aesthetic pleasure. Mindfulness, on the other hand, is focusing attention on the present moment and being naturally aware of the present experience. The strength of mindfulness affects the emotional titer difference of aesthetic objects' self-concern and immersion in aesthetic experience. Based on the close connection between artistic aesthetic experience and mindfulness, this paper takes contemporary Chinese ink painting as visual art stimulus to explore the role of mindfulness in aesthetic experience on aesthetic perception value. Finally, the complexity of aesthetic perception and the possibility of visual arts as mindfulness training are discussed from a neuroaesthetic perspective.
