“六位一体”教学法:O2O实训教学模式的探索

The “Six in One” Teaching Method: Exploration of Online-to-Offline Practical Training Teaching Model

摘要:

在教学实践中摸索出的“六位一体”教学法,是通过构建实训导向的生态化学习场景,以“知行合一”为一体化教育目标,将师生关系设定为“教练和队员”两类身份,反复强化“表达自己—适应角色—赞美同伴”三种练习,通过“激发参与感的业务实操课”“提升获得感的业界认知课”“增强体验感的模拟场景课”“巩固认同感的新闻理论课”这四大教学模块,完成“目标(诉求共识)—任务(问题解决)—角色(关系协作)—舞台(场景应用)—自信(评价导向)”的五道步骤,最终实现具备“精准、个性、优化、协同、思维、创造”六项成果特征的教学模式。

Abstract:

The “Six in One” teaching method that has resulted from exploring teaching practice is to build a training-oriented learning scene, take “the combination of knowledge and practice” as the integrated educational goal, and set the teacher-student relationship as “team coach and team players” dual identity, and repeatedly strengthen the three kinds of exercises, namely expressing yourself, adapting to your role and praising your peers. The four teaching modules are well carried out, which include hands-on learning course that can stimulate the sense of participation, professional cognition course that can enhance the sense of gain, simulation course that can heighten the sense of experience and journalism theory course that can reinforce the sense of identity. Then the five steps which constitute the teaching model are successfully taken, namely goal (the pursuing of agreement), task (the solving of problems), role (collaborative relationship), stage (scene application), self-confidence (oriented evaluation). Finally, the teaching model is accomplished, which displays the six achievement characteristics, namely, precision, personalization, optimization, collaboration, thinking and creativity.
