摘要:

教师教学能力发展既是教师个人职业生涯发展的关键,也是高校顺利完成教学任务、提升教学质量的关键。本文以高校艺术类专业教师为切入点,采用辩证唯物方法揭示高校教师教学能力发展中的种种矛盾,以期探讨进一步提升高校教师教学能力的有效措施。

Abstract:

The development of teaching ability on the part of college and university teachers is not only the key to the development of teachers’ personal career, but also the key to the smooth completion of teaching tasks and the improvement of teaching quality in colleges and universities. This article takes college art teachers as the starting point, and uses the method of dialectical materialism to reveal various contradictions in the process of developing college teachers’ teaching ability. The study of contradictions is intended to work out countermeasures and methods to solve the contradictions, so as to explore effective measures to further improve the teaching ability of college and university teachers.
