重庆荣昌折扇“非遗”技艺的传承与保护研究

摘要：

荣昌折扇制作技艺在2008年获批为国家级“非物质文化遗产”代表传承人项目。本研究采用线索民族志方法调研荣昌区折扇的各类生产基地,包括扇坊、扇铺、扇厂,分析荣昌折扇的市场困境与传承危机。研究发现,荣昌折扇技艺出现行业发展危机、代际传承无力、折扇市场狭窄、产业发展受限、传承人培育不足、政府扶持不够、存在同乡同业竞争等困境。本文从市场、行业、政府、传承主体等多元主体出发提出传承保护的对策建议,助推荣昌折扇“非遗”技艺的传承保护与创新发展。

Abstract:

Rongchang folding fan making skills was awarded the National Intangible Cultural Heritage Representative Inheritor Project in 2008. Using the clue ethnography method, we investigated various production bases of folding fans in Rongchang District, including fan workshops, fan shops and fan factories, and analyzed the market dilemma and inheritance crisis of Rongchang folding fans. We found that Rongchang folding fan making skills had encountered difficulties such as the industry development crisis, weak intergenerational inheritance, narrow folding fan market, restraints in the industrial development, insufficient training of inheritors, insufficient government support, peer competition, etc. From the perspective of Pluralistic subjects such as the market, industry, government, and inheritance subjects, the author proposes countermeasures and suggestions for inheritance and protection, which promotes the inheritance, protection and innovative development of Rongchang folding fan making skills as an “intangible cultural heritage” project.
