关于陶瓷配补材料的改良研究——以修复钧窑天蓝釉大碗为例

Research on the Improvement of Ceramic Mending Material: A Case Study of Repairing the Jun Kiln Sky-Blue Glaze Bowl

摘要:

本文以钧窑天蓝釉大碗作为保护修复和研究的对象,并对当下前沿的大量文保研究成果进行梳理分析。通过总结分析前人的经验,以更好地保留、展示文物更多信息为修复理念,尝试探索出目前合适的陶瓷保护修复配补材料。修复配补材料应具有易操作、可逆性好,以及抗老化性能好的特性,本文重点研究抗老化性能。在文献分析和实验中发现509胶在各项抗老化色变实验中表现出色,但抗紫外线能力差。因此将509胶混合滑石粉、紫外线吸收剂UV-P制作成新的陶瓷配补材料,取得了较好效果。

Abstract:

This article takes the Jun kiln sky-blue glaze large bowl as the research object for protection and restoration, and analyzes a large number of current frontier cultural preservation research results. In order to better protect and display cultural relics, we endeavor to find out the currently suitable ceramic protection and restoration materials through summary and analysis of previous experience. The mending materials should have the characteristics of easy operation, good reversibility, and remarkable anti-aging performance. This article focuses on the anti-aging performance. Through literature analysis and experiments, it is found that 509 glue performs well in various anti-aging and discoloration experiments, but has the drawback of poor UV resistance. Therefore, a new ceramic mending material is made by mixing the glue with talcum powder and ultraviolet absorber UV-P, which is proved to have good results for repairing performance.
