摘要：

2018年3月,笔者有幸获得上海视觉艺术学院“青年骨干教师短期海外进修访学”项目的资助,前往英国伦敦大学金史密斯学院进行为期一个月的短期进修访学,旁听了其创意与文化创业研究所开设的“博物馆与美术馆文化创业”课程。本文对此课程进行了详细介绍与深入剖析,为我国国有、民办博物馆与美术馆的新型管理人才的培养教学提供经验和案例。

Abstract:

In March 2018, the author was fortunate to receive funding from the “Young Teachers' Short-term Overseas Study Visit” project of Shanghai Institute of Visual Arts to conduct a one-month short-term study visit to Goldsmiths, University of London, UK, where he attended the “Museums and Galleries as Cultural Entrepreneurs” course offered by the Institute for Creative and Cultural Entrepreneurship of Goldsmiths. This paper gives a detailed introduction to and in-depth analysis of this course, which provides experience and cases for teaching and training of new management talents in state-owned and private museums and galleries in China.
