Abstract: Graphic design has dual nature - pattern design and information communication, and balance is needed between the two. Information communication has three features: (1) its relation with people, (2) its relation with culture, and (3) the protection of art, as well as cultural and identity recognition in design development. It is very important to transform the related problems and work and to help others understand this.Not only pattern design, but also graphic design and fashion design follow the above principles. The premise of graphic design’s dual nature is to break the boundaries, such as the boundary between art and design, between theory and reality, and between stimulation and data. By breaking boundaries like these, we can add momentum to the future using graphic design.
