Abstract:

At present, there are still some prominent problems in the current educational administration of art colleges and universities, and the "20,000 plan" puts forward new requirements for the administrative management. Under the background of the "20,000 plan", how to improve the educational administration of art colleges and universities, better promote the development of teaching and adapt to the requirements of new situation is the focus of this study. This paper expounds the problems existing in the educational administration of art colleges and universities at the present stage, interprets the new policy from the educational administration level under the background of the "20,000 plan", and puts forward the countermeasures for the educational administration of art colleges and universities under the new situation of the "20,000 plan".
