摘要：

NFT技术为数字艺术的价值通证提供了一个新的解决路径，并催生NFT数字艺术的诞生。本文以现实实践为研究坐标，提出NFT数字艺术显现出“数字确权”和“数字藏品”的属性，并逐渐扩展场景应用，在技术更迭的基础上串联起生态链，助推多样化的生态环境。同时，NFT数字艺术尚处于发展阶段，亟待完善的体系和法律，以推动NFT数字艺术市场在合理、合规、合法的前提下健康、繁荣发展。

Abstract:

NFT technology provides a new solution path for the value authentication of digital art and has given birth to NFT digital art. Taking practical implementation as the research focus, this paper proposes that NFT digital art demonstrates the attributes of "digital rights confirmation" and "digital collections" and gradually expands scenario applications. Based on technological evolution it connects the ecological chain and promotes a diversified ecological environment. Meanwhile, NFT digital art is still developing. It urgently needs improved systems and laws to promote the healthy and prosperous development of the NFT digital art market under reasonable, compliant, and legal premises.
