儿童就医等候区沉浸式空间交互游戏探索——以复旦附属华山医院北院儿科等候区实践为例

An Exploration of Immersive Spatial Interactive Games in Children’s Medical Waiting Areas: A Case Study of Pediatric Waiting Area at the North Branch of Huashan Hospital Affiliated with Fudan University

摘要:

等候时间长是患儿和陪护家长的就医痛点之一,在等候时间无法缩短的前提下,改善等候体验能有效缓解患儿和陪护家长的负面情绪。本文通过文献研究和华山北院的实证研究,提出在合适地点,植入强度合适的沉浸式空间交互游戏,能促发陌生人之间的积极社交,缓解参与患儿和陪护家属的就医焦虑。在构建沉浸式空间交互游戏时,需要首先建构开放健康的主题游戏叙事脚本,然后结合环境特点进行游戏脚本的合理空间转译,并针对不同年龄患儿的环境行为特征展开游戏设计。

Abstract:

Waiting time represents a critical concern for pediatric patients and their caregivers during hospital visits. When waiting time cannot be reduced, improving the waiting experience can effectively alleviate negative emotions. Through literature review and empirical research at Huashan Hospital North Branch in Shanghai, this study demonstrates that strategically placed immersive spatial interactive games of appropriate intensity can promote positive social interactions among strangers and reduce medical anxiety for participating patients and their caregivers. The development of these immersive spatial interactive games requires first establishing open and health-oriented narrative scripts, followed by appropriate spatial translation of game scripts based on environmental characteristics, and game design tailored to the environmental behavioral patterns of patients across different age groups.
