摘要：

习近平人民文艺观是习近平文化思想的重要组成部分。“以人民为中心”突出了人民的历史主体地位和价值逻辑，是习近平人民文艺观的初心和使命所在。从民族复兴的历史高度来认识文艺和文艺工作者的地位作用并规划文艺事业的蓝图，积极投身时代洪流，担当时代重任，是新时代文艺工作者责无旁贷的光荣使命。在中国式现代化的时代背景下，文艺工作者面临新的机遇和挑战，必须坚持中国特色社会主义文化发展道路，坚持人民至上，坚持“两个结合”，推动文艺事业高质量发展，以新的创造和新的发展来回应时代需求。

Abstract:

Xi Jinping's view on People's literature and art are an important component of Xi Jinping Thought on Culture. "People-centered" highlights the people’s historical role and value principles, which are the original aspiration and mission of Xi Jinping's view on People's literature and art. To realize the status of literature and art, and blueprinting its development from the historical height of national rejuvenation is the glorious mission of writers and artists. In the context of Chinese path to modernization, writers and artists should insist on the path of socialist development with Chinese characteristic, put the people first, adhere to the two combinations, promote high-quality development to respond to the requirements of the new era with new practices and new creations.
