Innovative Development of Intangible Cultural Heritage: The Rise of Chinese Fashion Brand and Local Creativity and Vitality

摘要:

非遗创新开发的实质是让非遗实践摆脱瞻仰式的固化呈现,使其结合时代,对接社会的发展,回归生活,从而达到真正的“活态性”“完整性”保护和传承。非遗的创新开发在文化认同不断增强、文化自觉不断深化的背景下,呈现出时尚化、潮流化、跨界化特征。非遗元素在国潮品牌中的大量应用就是这些特征的主要呈现。国潮品牌的兴起,推动了非遗的创新开发;非遗的创新开发,反过来又强化了国潮品牌的特质和竞争力。同时,特定区域尤其是经济不发达地区的非遗创新开发和国潮品牌的联动,把在地创意社群、在地非遗资源、在地文化品牌融为一体,影响着这一区域的整体发展路径,为当地的社会经济文化发展带来强大活力,推动特定区域的“地方创生”,使其焕发出全新的生机。

Abstract:

The essence of innovative development of intangible cultural heritage is to let the practice of intangible cultural heritage get rid of the fixed presentation in the admiration manner, so that it can maintain pace with the times, connect with the development of society, and return to life, so as to achieve the protection and inheritance of true “dynamic” and “integrity”. The innovative development of intangible cultural heritage has the characteristics of fashion, trend and cross-border against the background of the continuous enhancement of cultural identity and the ever-deepening of cultural consciousness. The extensive application of intangible cultural heritage elements in Chinese fashion brands is the main manifestation of these characteristics. The rise of Chinese fashion brands has promoted the innovative development of intangible cultural heritage; the innovative development of intangible cultural heritage, in turn, has strengthened the characteristics and competitiveness of Chinese fashion brands. Meanwhile, the linkage between the innovative development of intangible cultural heritage and Chinese fashion brands in a specific area, especially the economically underdeveloped area, integrate the local creative community, local intangible cultural heritage resources, and local cultural brands, which helps to map out the route of the integrated development of the region, brings strong vitality to the local social, economic and cultural development, promotes the “local creativity and vitality” of some specific areas, and makes them glow with new vitality.
