余绍宋书法的书心与情怀

摘要:

余绍宋是民国时期著名学者,少有的通才。他在书画、史学、政法、方志、金石等方面都有非凡的造诣,而又能融会贯通,其书法先溯二王继而遍习汉隶、魏碑及唐宋诸家,精研帖学。书画作品皆流露出任情恣性而又古朴传统的艺术气息,并将科学、严谨之精神倾注于书画理论的研究与著述上,学术结合,艺论兼擅。在其六十多年的艺术人生和时代潮流的此起彼伏中,与同时代的其他书家学者一起,相互对比、互相补充,促进时代书画理论与艺术创作的良性发展。

Abstract:

Yu Shaosong was a famous scholar and a rare talent of encyclopedic knowledge and versatile abilities in the Republic of China era. He had extraordinary attainments in painting, calligraphy, history, politics and law, chronicles and annals, epigraphy and some other areas. He was not only well versed in the above aspects, but also gained mastery of their spirit through a thorough and comprehensive understanding of them. In the initial stage, he studied calligraphy from the works of two master calligraphers Wangxizhi and Wangxianzhi, and then proceeded to study two styles of calligraphy Han Li, Wei Bei and other styles from Tang and Song dynasties, and finally delved himself into the studying of traditional calligraphy of Tie style. His calligraphy and painting works all revealed the unbridled and unsophisticated traditional artistic features. In the meantime, he put the scientific and rigorous spirit into the research and writing of painting and calligraphy notions and theories, which perfectly combined academic studies and art skills. In his more than 60 years’ life of the art pursuit, he promoted the positive development of calligraphy and painting theory and art with other scholars of his time, with mutual appreciation and complementary roles and joint efforts.
