Abstract:

The cultural relics of state-owned grassroots museums have been preserved in the natural state for a long time, so they are greatly affected by the environment, and the preservation conditions are worrying. The difficulties that grassroots museums face in the conservation and restoration of cultural relics are mainly concentrated in the three aspects, namely funds, talents, and systems. Grassroots museums should mobilize their own enthusiasm, actively seek financial support from local governments, improve the preservation environment of cultural relics as much as possible, and build cultural relics restoration rooms in the museum in a targeted manner based on the collection situation to create a new situation in cultural relics restoration. The department in charge of cultural relics should provide more cultural relics restoration training opportunities for grassroots museums. At the national level, a grading system for the qualification of cultural relics should be introduced to promote the cultivation of cultural relics restoration talents, and to further standardize the bidding market for cultural relics restoration projects, and open up new ways for the restoration of collected cultural relics.
