摘要：

加强专职教师师德师风建设对提升教师综合素质具有重要意义,亦是高校发展的强劲动力。近年来,艺术院校受多元文化的渗透和多元价值的冲击,专职教师师德师风建设较为薄弱,存在的问题也较为突出。新形势下,加强艺术院校师德师风建设显得尤为重要。本文以问题为导向,积极找寻对策,以期对新时代专职教师队伍师德师风建设带来切实有效的帮助。

Abstract:

Strengthening the construction of full-time teachers' code of ethics and the further cultivation of their professional spirit is of great significance in enhancing teachers’ comprehensive qualities, and it is also a strong driving force for the development of higher educational institutions. In recent years, art colleges have been negatively affected by the penetration of multiple cultures and the impact of multiple values. The construction of teachers’ code of ethics and the further cultivation of professional spirit on the part of full-time teachers is relatively weak, and there exist obvious problems. Under the current new situation, it is particularly important to strengthen the construction of teachers' code of ethics and the further cultivation of professional spirit in art colleges. Problem-oriented, this article aims to offer practical and effective help to the construction of the code of ethics and the further cultivation of professional spirit on the part of full-time teachers in the new era.
