数智孪生技术下的珠绣工艺研究

A Study on Bead Embroidery Technique Based on Digital-Intelligent Twin Technology

摘要:

珠绣作为传统装饰技艺在现代时尚产业中得到广泛应用,但机器珠绣无法胜任高难度工艺,而手工珠绣耗资耗时,导致珠绣的继承与发展面临诸多挑战。用数智孪生技术赋能珠绣工艺,可有效控制开发时间和成本,兼顾精美度和精确度。首先在数智空间构建数字绣品以量化绣制信息,再在现实空间以量化数据孪生实体绣品,最后实体绣品由手工珠绣与机器线绣结合绣制而成。数智珠绣的生产路径为绣品的研发提供了新的思路,对塑造现代珠绣新业态起到积极作用。

Abstract:

As a traditional decorative craft, bead embroidery is widely used in the modern fashion industry. However, its inheritance and development face numerous challenges because machine-based bead embroidery cannot handle highly complex designs, and handcrafted bead embroidery is both costly and time-consuming. Empowering bead embroidery craftsmanship with Digital-Intelligent Twin technology can effectively control development time and costs while ensuring both aesthetics and precision. First, digital embroidery products are created in a digitally intelligent space to quantify embroidery data. This data is then used to replicate the physical embroidery products in a physical space. Finally, the physical products are made by combining manual bead embroidery and machine thread embroidery. In conclusion, the digitally intelligent production of bead embroidery offers novel ideas for the research and development of embroidery products, positively contributing to a new business model for modern bead embroidery.
