Application of Digital Twin Technology in the Protection and Inheritance of Ceramic Heritage

摘要:

数字孪生技术在陶瓷遗产保护与传承中具有独特的优势与潜力。针对古窑遗址研究不足、传统工艺传承困难和文物修护效率低下等问题,首先,借助数字孪生技术能够实现全要素数字化构建与实时监控,可以实现古窑遗址的数字化保护;其次,通过虚实共生的场景教学促进传统制瓷技艺的有效传承,进行传统工艺的场景化守护;最后,利用数字模型提升修复效率,进行精准修护,达到陶瓷文物的虚拟化修护。数字孪生技术在丰富陶瓷遗产保护理论和方法的同时,在应用上具备显著的可行性,为推动陶瓷文化的可持续发展提供了新思路。

Abstract:

Digital twin technology offers unique advantages and potential in the protection and inheritance of ceramic heritage. To address issues such as insufficient research on ancient kiln sites, difficulties in traditional craftsmanship transmission, and low efficiency in cultural relic restoration, this paper proposes several solutions. First, digital twin technology can achieve digital protection of ancient kiln sites through comprehensive digital construction and real-time monitoring. Second, virtual-physical symbiotic scenario teaching can promote effective transmission of traditional ceramic-making skills, enabling scenario-based protection of traditional craftsmanship. Finally, digital models can enhance restoration efficiency through precise repairs, achieving virtual restoration of ceramic artifacts. While enriching theories and methods of ceramic heritage protection, digital twin technology demonstrates significant feasibility in application, providing new approaches for promoting sustainable development of ceramic culture.
