摘要：

在新时代背景下，艺术类期刊作为学术交流和知识传播的重要平台，其高质量发展对于推动艺术学科发展具有极为重要的作用。艺术学作为人文社会科学的一个子类，艺术期刊与其他学术期刊有共通之处，期刊的高质量发展有其顶层设计和内在要求。本文结合艺术类学科特点和《上海视觉》办刊实践，探讨如何进一步提升办刊水平、办刊质量，以期促进艺术类期刊跨地域、跨领域的共同繁荣。

Abstract:

In the context of the new era, art journals, as an important platform for academic exchanges and knowledge dissemination, have an extremely important role to play in promoting the development of art disciplines. As a subcategory of humanities and social sciences, art journals share commonalities with other academic journals, and their high-quality development entails top-level design and internal requirements. This paper combines the characteristics of art disciplines and the practice of "Shanghai Vision" to discuss how to further improve the level and quality of the journal, in order to promote the common prosperity of art journals across regions and fields.
