Abstract:

In order to implement the “Chinese Traditional Craft Revival Plan” and cultivate talents with strong practical abilities and high cultural qualities who can meet the needs of society and enterprises, universities have established teaching models based on traditional craft workstations, focusing on problem-oriented approaches that combine design with practice. These models aim to understand the mechanisms guiding adjustments in academic dynamics and the development in the light of the discipline features and the subject characteristics. This article follows the law of postgraduate education and, with the background of traditional craft workstations, takes the Baise Traditional Craft Workstation in Guangxi as an example to discuss the model of practical teaching for design postgraduates, the implementation process, and the ultimate objectives to be achieved.
