Abstract:

In the era of innovation-driven development, the construction of new liberal arts places higher demands on talent development in art colleges, emphasizing interdisciplinary integration and breaking down professional barriers to nurture versatile, practically skilled professionals. With the case of talent development management at the Shanghai Institute of Visual Arts as an example, this article explores the establishment of a multidimensional, collaborative educational ecosystem, including curriculum system teaching chain, applied practice chain, teaching management chain, and school-enterprise cooperation chain in art colleges.
