Abstract:

This article, with the use of traditional Chinese elements in book design as a starting point, is intended to analyze and discuss the effect and presentation of some traditional elements in the use and practice of sympathetic communication based on the five senses. In the context of the enhanced and sustainable development of digital reading, the author of the article attempts to explore the inclusion of traditional Chinese cultural elements as a basis in the integration of sympathetic communication. It is expected to probe into new perspectives for book design and to offer new possibilities for the physical existence of books.
