Abstract:

Multiple subjects participate in the construction of urban communities and promote the governance innovation of communities.In the context of urban governance innovation, each subject relies on its own resource advantages. They establish connections with the outside world and build networks to form groups. These subjects participate in the governance innovation with “space transformation” as a catalyst with the help of new media, creative brands activities, and government channels. They not only achieved good social benefits, but also brings new ideas to current community governance. Faced with the current social characteristics of urban community polarization, the community building process of Xinhua Road has important implications for stimulating the vitality of urban communities, reconstructing the relationship between the “government-market-society”, and creating a community life unity.
